Deposit Guarantee:
- The savings products distributed by Stellantis Bank benefit from the guarantee of the Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund.
- The Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund (FGDR), created by the law of June 25, 1999, is responsible for protecting and compensating customers in the event of a bank failure.
- The FGDR compensates deposit accounts and savings books up to 100,000 euros per customer and per institution (excluding savings books guaranteed by the state).
- The deposit guarantee covers adult and minor individuals, businesses, associations, and all other professional groups.
