This data privacy statement clarifies the type, scope and purpose of the processing of staffing data in the context of our website (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).The data privacy statement is applicable regardless of the domain and devices used (e.g. office, mobile, etc.).
When we talk about data, we reference your staffing data. This includes all information that can be used to identify you as a person, directly or indirectly.
The type of data processed and how it is processed will depend mainly on the type of service used.
In our Privacy Policy, we use various other terms in the direction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include terms such as processing, restriction of processing, profiling, pseudonymisation, controller, processor, consignee, third party, consent, supervisory authority and international organisation. In Art. 4 GDPR you will find the definitions of these terms.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.
Information about your transfer of third party data: If you transmit staffing data about your partner, family members or other third parties (such as guarantors), please inform them of the processing of their staffing data by Stellantisl Bank and refer them to this privacy statement. If so, you must ensure that these individuals have given their consent to the transmission of their data.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR DATA AND HOW IS IT USED?
If you use the website only for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or transmit information to us, we will only collect staffing data transmitted to our server by your browser. Before visiting our web plant solely for information purposes, we will collect the following access data that we demand for technical reasons in order to be able to display our web plant and guarantee its stability and safety. This access data includes the IP address, the date and time of the demand, the content of the demand (e.g. the name of the specifically queried web plant), the access status/HTTP code, the URL of the referrer (previously visited page), the browser type and version and the operator system.
If you start a chat conversation (online dialogue), we also process the staffing data: identification information, credentials, chat content, assigned user ID, login time.
In addition, we will also receive your staffing data directly from you if you contact us using the contact form or by e-mail. The data staffing in this connection include, for example, name, address, e-mail address and telephone number (‘contacts’).
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
We process your staffing data in accordance with the GDPR and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended for the following purposes and in compliance with the following legal grounds:
In connection with the performance of pre-contractual and contractual obligations (item 6(1b) GDPR) and on the basis of statutory requirements (item 6(1c) GDPR):
- When you contact us (by contact form or e-mail), your contacts will be processed to process your demand and its processing;
- For the conclusion, processing, administration and execution of the contractual relationship and for customer service purposes, including the recording of telephone calls, chats, e-mails and other contact demands.
In the pursuit of legitimate interests (item 6(1f) GDPR):
On the demand, we process your data for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interests or those of third parties. To this end, we pursue the following legitimate interests in particular:
- Testing and optimising demand analysis and customer outreach processes, as well as customer retention and quality of service measures;
- Advertise (including promotional contests) or conduct customer satisfaction and opinion surveys, provided that you have not objected to the use of your data for this purpose;
- Guarantee the bank's IT safety and tasks, in particular the safety of the website (see above under “How do we obtain your data and how it is used?”).
As part of your consent (item 6, point 1, 1a of the GDPR):
For certain staffing data processing (for example if you contact us or in the context of the use of cookies), we will inform you separately and ask you to explicitly consent to this processing (for example for advertising purposes). Please note that you may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of your consent may be made to the contact data mentioned above.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA (CONSIGNEE) AND WHERE ARE THE CONSIGNEES ESTABLISHED?
Within the Bank, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, access to your data will only be provided to employees who have demand of this information to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. Our contractors can also obtain data for this purpose. The fields covered are: customer service, IT services, telecommunications, consulting and consulting, and distribution and marketing.
These data are processed both within the European Union and outside (United Statuses or India). Please note that we have agreed standard EU data protection clauses with your data consignees for countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission in accordance with item 45 of the GDPR, in order to safeguard your data and achieve an adequate level of protection. You have the option to receive or review a copy of the current EU standard data protection clauses. If necessary, please contact us at the contacts indicated above.
Outside the bank, information about you will only be transmitted to third parties if there is a legal basis mentioned in “For what purposes do we process your data?” or if you have consented to the data transfer, or if we are legally obliged to transmit the data. If your demand (by form or e-mail) relates to a motor insurance contract, we will share your data with our insurance product cooperation partners.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Your data is processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and will be deleted when the lead-times legally provided for expire. If necessary, we will process and store your staffing data as part of your contact demand. In addition, we are subject to various obligations to keep documents for a specific period, in particular for purposes of proof or in forecast of any litigation until the limitation period of the task in question.
For safety reasons (e.g. to correct incorrect or fraudulent tasks), log file information is stored for a maximum period of 30 days and subsequently deleted (see above “Where your data is obtained and how it is used”). Data which must be retained for evidentiary purposes shall be exempted from the deletion requirement until the respective incident has been definitively clarified.
YOUR RIGHTS
With regard to your data and the processing of your data, you can exercise the following rights:
- Right of access to data according to Art. 15 GDPR (in order to receive information on its own staffing data);
- Right to rectification of data according to Art. 16 GDPR;
- Right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR (“right to be forgotten”);
- Right to restriction of the processing of your data according to Art. 18 GDPR;
- Right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR;

- In addition, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR.
Right to object to the processing of your data in accordance with item 21 GDPR
Right of opposition You have the right to object (at any time) to the processing of your staffing data carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1) (e) GDPR (processing of data necessary for the performance of a mission of public interest) and Art. 6(1) (f) (processing of data for the purposes of legitimate interests) for reasons arising from your particular information; this also applies to profiling based on these clauses as defined in Art. 4(4) GDPR, which we use for credit rating or advertising purposes. If you object to the processing of your data, we will stop processing your staffing data, unless we can prove that there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or that the processing is carried out, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In some cases, we process your staffing data for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your staffing data for this type of advertising (including profiling to the extent that it is linked to such direct marketing). When you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we stop processing your staffing data for such purposes. The objection may be filed without the required formality and there are no costs other than transmission costs under the basic tariffs. DO I HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE MY DATA?
As part of our website, you must provide your staffing data necessary for the use of our website for technical or computer safety reasons.
If you wish to contact us, you are only obliged to provide the staffing data necessary for the processing of your demand. Otherwise, your demand cannot be processed.
IS MY DATA USED IN AN AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING PROCESS, INCLUDING FOR PROFILING PURPOSES?
In general, we do not use a fully automated decision-making process in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR or profiling when you access our website, or when you wish to contact us. If we use automated decision processing in other cases, we will notify you separately when required by law.
